PROJECT EMERGENCY CONTACT - If there is an urgent matter with contractor materials or worksite issues between the hours of 5pm to 8am please call the Otis line at 1-800-233-6847 (reference Building ID code SP654735) to inform them. During regular business hours (8am to 5pm) call the Community On-site Manager at 971-403-2921.

• Start Date: December 11, 2024
• Projected Completion: March 2026

GENERAL SCHEDULE FOR ELEVATORS

• Elevator Car 1: December 2024 – May 2025 (Car not available during this time)
• Elevator Car 2: June 2025 – October 2025 (Car not available during this time)
• Service Elevator (Car 3): November 2025 – March 2026 (Car not available during this time)

**Announcements will be made of updates and timeline changes as the project progresses. Updates should be every two weeks.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: No Noisy work before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM

MAIN WORK AREAS

• Inner Fire Stairwell
• Basement Level 3 (B3) - Storage and work zone
• Elevator Room (Above the 26th Floor)
• 26th Floor 
• All Floors Intermittently
