Reserve 1C Community Room

Our community room (1C) is available to Harrison West residents to reserve for private events. It is available from 8am to 10pm most days on a first-come, first-serve basis with official HOA events taking priority. The space can be used for meetings, small social gatherings, art projects, etc. No over-night use of the space is allowed.

There is no fee, but reservations are required and requests should be made a week or more in advance. All use of the space must be coordinated through the Active Community Team (ACT).  Neither security or maintenance can give access to the room, it is only accessed through a code provided by ACT.

Before your initial use of the space, you will need to sign a contract agreeing to the rules for the space and taking responsibility for any damage. 1C is a Common Area of our building and all rules for Common Areas such as no smoking, quiet times and respect for the property apply. A walk-through can be arranged.

Your reservation will be confirmed and you will be supplied the entry code for the door within a day of your event.
